Hello friends! Last week I showed off two areas of my house decorated for Christmas. The first was a super fun IKEA hack of their beloved MARGARETA Christmas tree fabric. The second was my mantle which is decked out in all of it’s glorious greenery Today, I’m joining up with some really talented bloggers to show you all how we decorate the rest of our homes for Christmas. Heads up: my Christmas Tree will be making it’s debut in another upcoming post 😉 A big thank you to Carrie at Lovely, Etc for organizing us all! I feel like I should preface this by saying a couple things. First, I didn’t buy anything new this year. Second, I felt like tailoring things back. Mostly because after last year, I felt kind claustrophobic with so much stuff everywhere. I was antsy to start taking down after a couple days!
I love the simplicity of these trees. I bought it on clearance years ago at craft store. They have some glitter on them, but not too much.
This was a fun little project. I had seen pictures of book Christmas trees, and wanted to see if I could create my own. It worked! I may still make adjustments here and there, but I love how it turned out!
I made this FaLaLa garland years ago and it moves to a different location each year. I wanted something more simple in my living room, so it found a home above my window.
Here are the other talented bloggers who are giving you a peek at their homes decorated for the holidays. So get some popcorn and click away 😉
Thank you so much for stopping by and make sure you sign up for my emails so you can see when I post photos of my Christmas tree!
Happy Holidays, y’all!
Jen
Simplicity for the win this year! I can totally relate to the whole feeling claustrophobic. Beautiful tour, my friend!
That garland on your bed is amazing! Beautiful tour, love the simple touches. Merry Christmas Jennifer!
I hear you on feeling claustrophobic in a couple of days- I’m always ready to take Christmas decorations down a day or two after Christmas! You’re inspiring me to try to pare down a little bit next year. So pretty!
A girl after my own heart. I am feeling like I need to be a little more simplistic and less claustrophobic, too. Your sweet Falalala banner is perfect and your cozy bedroom looks so welcoming. Plus, I love the bells on your front door. I’m sure your guests love it.
